6. Wake Up Earlier (Without Sleeping Less)

This exercise will teach you to keep going even when things are hard and, if applied regularly, will help you become mentally tougher than any other person you know.

Do 11 pullups instead of 10.
Do just ONE more rep when you don’t think you can.
